• Contributions are regulated by Elections Canada and are subject to Federal contribution limits and reporting requirements. Contributions from individuals must comply with the Canada Elections Act, and corporate or union donations are prohibited.

• As of January 1st 2025, the maximum allowable annual contribution to a registered Canadian political party, EDA, Nomination Contestant, or Candidate (combined) is $1,750 annually.
